This "Privacy Policy" is being furnished as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act of 1999, which partly addresses the protection of Individual's & Businesses' privacy, as required by law. Ledger+Plus Bookkeeping & Tax Service, LLC treats any/all information concerning our Clients and former Clients with strict confidentiality. Consistent with that policy, we restrict access to nonpublic personal data concerning you, our Client, to staff members who have a business need to know and to provide you, our Client, the services for which you have retained us. We do not disclose personal/business or confidential information to anyone else without your express permission to do so, in writing, except as permitted or required by law. In addition, we maintain physical and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal/business information.
